With 17 years of OEM/ODM experience and a 10,000 m² production base in Guangzhou, we handle hoodie development end to end — pattern, sampling, sewing and retail-level QC. MOQ is 50 pcs per style per colour, and sizes can be mixed. The sample fee is deducted once the bulk order reaches 100 pcs per style per colour.

Custom hoodie development, from tech pack to bulk
A hoodie is judged by fabric handfeel, fit and finishing. We treat each style as a developed product, not a catalogue pick: fabric direction, pattern and grading, hood and rib construction, decoration method, trims and packaging are confirmed at sampling — so bulk matches the approved sample instead of drifting.
The workflow removes the usual sampling mistakes: tech-pack review, fabric and fit direction, physical sample development and pre-production (PP) sample approval, then bulk production with retail-level QC and DDP express, air or sea freight.

Midweight 240–320 GSM
French terry and loopback for year-round hoodies, layering pieces and lighter drops with a clean drape.
Heavyweight 350–500 GSM
Brushed fleece and heavy French terry for structured hoodies with a dense, premium handfeel.
Fibre & blends
100% cotton, cotton/poly and cotton/poly/spandex, with combed, ring-spun or organic cotton on request.
Surface finishes
Garment wash, enzyme wash, pigment and acid wash, plus anti-pilling treatments for the look you want.

Fit & construction
We build regular, oversized, boxy, drop-shoulder and cropped hoodie fits, with full pattern grading across the size range so every size keeps the intended proportion. Construction is where retail quality shows:
- Hood: double-layer hood, custom depth and shape, with rope, flat or eyelet drawcord options.
- Sleeves: set-in or raglan, with controlled sleeve volume and cuff length.
- Ribbing: 1x1 or 2x2 rib at cuffs and hem with recovery control so it holds shape after wash.
- Pocket: kangaroo, split, zip or seam-pocket constructions.
- Seams: double-needle topstitch and flatlock options for durability and a clean finish.

Decoration & trims
Decoration is matched to your artwork, fabric surface and wash requirement so it survives production and wear: screen print, puff and 3D puff print, high-density and water-based print, embroidery, appliqué, patches and woven detailing. Trims include custom drawcords and tips, custom zippers, woven main labels, printed care labels and hangtags.

What is your MOQ for custom hoodies?

Can you match a reference hoodie?
Yes. Send a reference sample or tech pack and we develop fabric, fit, hood and rib construction and decoration to match your target, then confirm it on a physical and PP sample before bulk.
What hoodie fabrics and weights can you produce?
French terry, loopback and brushed fleece from roughly 240 GSM up to 500 GSM, in cotton, cotton/poly and cotton/poly/spandex blends, with optional washes and anti-pilling finishes.
Can the sample fee be credited toward a bulk order?
The sample fee is deducted once the bulk order reaches 100 pcs per style per colour, so sampling stays focused on real production rather than free-sample requests.
How long does production take?
