How we make your jacket
Custom jacket development, from tech pack to bulk
A jacket is judged by silhouette, fabric and how the structure, hardware and lining come together. We treat each style as a developed product, not a catalogue pick: fabric direction, pattern and grading, construction, zippers and trims, lining and packaging are confirmed at sampling — so bulk matches the approved sample instead of drifting.
The workflow removes the usual sampling mistakes: tech-pack review, fabric and fit direction, a 3D sample within 3 days, a physical and pre-production (PP) sample for sign-off, then bulk production with retail-level QC and DDP express, air or sea freight.

Cotton twill, canvas, nylon, polyester and poly-cotton blends for coach jackets, workwear and outerwear.
Heavy knits & fleece
Heavyweight French terry and fleece for zip-through and knit-based jacket styles.
Performance & coated
Water-repellent, coated and ripstop fabrics for technical and weatherproof jackets.
Lining & fill
Taffeta and mesh linings, quilted lining, and padded or fleece-lined options.
Fit & construction
We build regular, oversized, boxy and cropped jacket silhouettes, with full pattern grading across the size range so every size keeps the intended proportion. Construction is where retail quality shows:
- Closure: custom zippers, snap buttons or buttons, with storm flaps and plackets.
- Collar: stand, ribbed, hood or lapel, with optional drawcord.
- Pockets: welt, patch, zip, flap or hidden pocket constructions.
- Cuffs & hem: ribbed, elastic, adjustable tab or drawcord finishes.
- Seams & finishing: topstitch, bound seams, bartacks and clean internal finishing.
Decoration & trims
Decoration is matched to your fabric and construction so it survives production and wear: embroidery, screen and puff print, appliqué, woven and leather patches, and custom hardware. Trims include custom zippers and pullers, woven main labels, printed care labels and hangtags.

What is your MOQ for custom jackets?

Can you match a reference jacket?
Yes. Send a reference sample or tech pack and we develop fabric, fit, construction, hardware and lining to match your target, then confirm it on a physical and PP sample before bulk.
What fabrics can you produce jackets in?
Cotton twill, canvas, nylon, polyester, ripstop and coated woven shells, plus heavyweight fleece and French terry for knit-based jackets, with a range of linings and fills.
Is the sample fee refundable?
The sample fee is deductible from your first bulk order, so sampling stays focused on real production rather than free-sample requests.
How long does production take?
A 3D sample is typically ready within 3 days when the project is clear. Bulk production usually runs 7–15 days after pre-production sample approval, depending on fabric, construction and quantity.
Do you protect my designs?
Yes. We can work under NDA and keep private jacket developments separated from any public promotion.
