Lesstell Clothing is a cut and sew manufacturer building garments from the pattern up — not printing on blanks. Cut and sew gives you full control of fabric, fit, construction and trims, so the finished piece is genuinely your own rather than a customised stock product.
With 17 years of OEM/ODM experience and a 10,000 m² production base in Guangzhou, we develop and produce cut-and-sew apparel from sample to bulk. MOQ is 50 pcs per style per colour, and sizes can be mixed. The sample fee is deducted once the bulk order reaches 100 pcs per style per colour.
What cut and sew means
Made from the pattern, not from blanks
Each style is cut from your chosen fabric to a graded pattern, then sewn and finished to your spec. That means you control silhouette, measurements, fabric weight, seams and trims — the things a print-on-blank service can't change.
Your pattern or ours
Supply a pattern and tech pack, or we develop the pattern from a reference or sample.
Full fabric choice
Select fabric, weight, blend, dye and wash rather than accepting a stock garment.
Custom construction
Control seams, ribbing, pockets, closures and finishing across the size range.
Graded fit
Full pattern grading so every size holds the intended proportion.
What we handle, end to end
- Development: pattern making and grading, fabric and fit direction.
- Sampling: Physical and pre-production (PP) samples for approval.
- Bulk: cutting, sewing, decoration and process control to the approved standard.
- QC & delivery: retail-level inspection, then DDP express, air or sea freight.

Confirm the final bulk start and completion dates after materials and PP samples are approved. We can work under NDA on private developments.
