How we make your tee
Custom t-shirt development, from tech pack to bulk
A tee is judged by handfeel, fit and how it holds shape after wash. We treat each style as a developed product, not a catalogue pick: fabric and knit direction, pattern and grading, neck-rib construction, print method and finishing are confirmed at sampling — so bulk matches the approved sample.
The workflow removes the usual sampling mistakes: tech-pack review, fabric and fit direction, a 3D sample within 3 days, a physical and pre-production (PP) sample for sign-off, then bulk production with retail-level QC, shrinkage and spirality control, and DDP express, air or sea freight.

Lightweight 140–180 GSM
Single jersey for soft, draped everyday tees and layering pieces.
Midweight 190–240 GSM
Combed ring-spun cotton for a clean, structured retail tee.
Heavyweight 250–320 GSM
Boxy, premium heavyweight tees that hold their shape and drape.
Fibre & blends
100% cotton, cotton/poly, tri-blend, slub, and pima or organic cotton on request.
Fit & construction
We build regular, slim, boxy, oversized and drop-shoulder tee fits, with full pattern grading across the size range so every size keeps the intended proportion. Construction is where retail quality shows:
- Neckline: crew, V-neck or mock neck, with ribbed collar and recovery control.
- Shoulders: standard or drop-shoulder, with optional shoulder taping.
- Hem & sleeves: double-needle hem, raw or rolled-hem options, short or extended sleeves.
- Side seams: side-seamed or tubular construction.
- Finishing: shrinkage and spirality control with a soft wash.
Print & decoration
Decoration is matched to your artwork, fabric and wash so it survives production and wear: screen print, water-based and discharge, plastisol, puff, DTG and DTF, embroidery, appliqué and woven detailing. Trims include woven main labels, printed and tagless care labels, and hangtags.

What is your MOQ for custom t-shirts?
MOQ starts from 50 pcs per style. The exact minimum depends on fabric, number of colourways, print method and trims. Colour and size splits are available on most tee programs.
Can you match a reference tee or blank?
Yes. Send a reference tee or tech pack and we develop fabric, weight, fit, neckline and print to match your target, then confirm it on a physical and PP sample before bulk.
What fabrics and weights can you produce?
Single jersey and combed ring-spun cotton from roughly 140 GSM up to 320 GSM, in cotton, cotton/poly, tri-blend, slub and organic options.
Do you control shrinkage and fit after wash?
Yes. We control shrinkage and spirality and confirm post-wash measurements on the PP sample so bulk holds the approved fit.
How long does production take?
A 3D sample is typically ready within 3 days when the project is clear. Bulk production usually runs 7–15 days after pre-production sample approval, depending on fabric, decoration and quantity.

Yes. We can work under NDA and keep private tee developments separated from any public promotion.
