What we handle, end to end
One factory across the full development sequence so nothing falls between vendors:
- Development: tech-pack review, fabric and fit direction, pattern and grading.
- Sampling: Physical and pre-production (PP) samples for sign-off.
- Bulk: cutting, sewing, decoration and process control to the approved standard.
- QC & delivery: retail-level inspection, then DDP express, air or sea freight.

MOQ, sampling & lead time
MOQ starts from 50 pcs per style, with colour and size splits available. The sample fee is deductible from your first bulk order. Sampling is based on physical and PP samples. Typical bulk timing is 7–15 days after PP approval, depending on category, fabric and quantity. We can work under NDA on private developments.
Quality & compliance
Retail-level QC mindset with measurement, process and finishing checks before shipping. Certified fabric standards such as GOTS, GRS and OEKO-TEX can be sourced through eligible suppliers, subject to their scope and order documentation. Lesstell’s factory- and product-related compliance includes SGS verification, Sedex/SMETA, REACH and RoHS; requirements should be confirmed for the target market before production.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means you supply the design and tech pack and we produce to spec. ODM means we develop the style — pattern, fabric and construction — from your concept or reference. Many projects combine both.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ starts from 50 pcs per style. The exact minimum depends on category, fabric, colourways, decoration and trims.
Can you develop a style from just a reference or sketch?
Yes. With ODM we develop pattern, fabric and fit from a reference, sketch or moodboard, then confirm it on a physical and PP sample before bulk.
Is the sample fee refundable?
The sample fee is deductible from your first bulk order, so sampling stays focused on real production.
How long does production take?
Physical sample timing is confirmed for the project. Bulk usually runs 7–15 days after PP approval, depending on category, fabric and quantity.
Do you protect my designs?
Yes. We can work under NDA and keep private developments separated from any public promotion.
