How we make your joggers
Custom jogger development, from tech pack to bulk
Joggers are judged by fabric handfeel, leg line and how the waistband and cuffs hold up. We treat each style as a developed product, not a catalogue pick: fabric direction, pattern and grading, waistband and pocket construction, decoration and trims are confirmed at sampling — so bulk matches the approved sample instead of drifting.
The workflow removes the usual sampling mistakes: tech-pack review, fabric and fit direction, a 3D sample within 3 days, a physical and pre-production (PP) sample for sign-off, then bulk production with retail-level QC and DDP express, air or sea freight.
Fabric & weight options
Midweight 280–340 GSM
French terry and loopback for clean, year-round joggers with a smooth face.
Heavyweight 350–500 GSM
Brushed fleece and heavy French terry for structured, premium sweatpants.
Fibre & blends
100% cotton, cotton/poly and cotton/poly/spandex, with combed, ring-spun or organic cotton on request.
Surface finishes
Garment wash, enzyme wash, pigment and acid wash, plus anti-pilling treatments.
Fit & construction
We build regular, tapered, slim, relaxed and wide-leg jogger fits, with full pattern grading across the size range so every size keeps the intended proportion. Construction is where retail quality shows:
- Waistband: ribbed or self-fabric, with elastic, drawcord and custom tips.
- Cuffs: ribbed or elastic ankle cuffs, or open-hem options.
- Pockets: side seam, zip, cargo or hidden pocket constructions.
- Seams: double-needle topstitch and flatlock options for durability.
- Finishing: shrinkage control and a soft, even surface.
Decoration & trims
Decoration is matched to your artwork, fabric surface and wash requirement so it survives production and wear: screen print, puff and 3D puff print, high-density and water-based print, embroidery, appliqué, patches and woven detailing. Trims include custom drawcords and tips, custom zippers, woven main labels, printed care labels and hangtags.

Typical timing is a 3D sample within 3 days and bulk in 7–15 days after PP approval, depending on fabric, decoration and quantity. We can work under NDA on private developments.

What is your MOQ for custom joggers?
MOQ starts from 50 pcs per style. The exact minimum depends on fabric, number of colourways, decoration method and trims. Colour and size splits are available on most jogger programs.
Can you match a reference jogger?
Yes. Send a reference sample or tech pack and we develop fabric, fit, waistband and cuff construction and decoration to match your target, then confirm it on a physical and PP sample before bulk.
What fabrics and weights can you produce?
French terry, loopback and brushed fleece from roughly 280 GSM up to 500 GSM, in cotton, cotton/poly and cotton/poly/spandex blends, with optional washes and anti-pilling finishes.
Is the sample fee refundable?
The sample fee is deductible from your first bulk order, so sampling stays focused on real production rather than free-sample requests.
How long does production take?
A 3D sample is typically ready within 3 days when the project is clear. Bulk production usually runs 7–15 days after pre-production sample approval, depending on fabric, decoration and quantity.
Do you protect my designs?
Yes. We can work under NDA and keep private jogger developments separated from any public promotion.
